Metal and X-Ray Detectable (MDX)

Hillbrush has developed a range of hand brushes and plastic tools using metal detectable and x-ray visible plastic additives. These products are purposefully produced in order to minimize the danger of contamination throughout the food and beverage manufacturing process. These tough, effective Hillbrush MDX products come in two distinct types:

Total MDX: Where all components are detectable, including resin and filaments. The brushes in this range are resin-set to ensure added filament security. These products are available in navy blue.

Colour Coded MDX: Where only the filaments are detectable and the brush back is available in selected colours.
