Hygiene Brush ships throughout Australia. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Caringbah, NSW.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes once your order has been dispatched:

Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
NSW Regional: 2–4 business days
VIC, QLD, ACT: 2–4 business days
SA, WA, TAS, NT: 4–8 business days

Freight Costs

Freight costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. For large or heavy orders, we may contact you to confirm freight costs before processing.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials as they may be required for a freight claim.
