These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Hygiene Brush website and the purchase of products from FMCG Industry Solutions Pty Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of placing your order.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. For bank transfer (EFT) arrangements, please contact us prior to placing your order.
5. Freight and Delivery
We deliver throughout Australia. Freight costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. For full details, refer to our Freight & Delivery page.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
Change-of-mind returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. A restocking fee may apply.
7. Product Information
We endeavour to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colour-coded products are available in a range of standard colours — please confirm availability when ordering.
8. Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FMCG Industry Solutions Pty Ltd’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of goods, or the supply of equivalent goods. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
